Monday Boot Camps

Monday morning boot camps have been cancelled.  The evening boot camp is on as scheduled.  Any changes in status will be posted here.  Please be sure to check for updates prior to attending!

Trainers Needed!

We are looking for personal trainers to run camps in Shenandoah County (Strasburg, Woodstock, and New Market).  If you are interested, please complete and submit an application.  Camps will start this summer.
