Is registration required to participate?
- Yes, you must register for at least 4 sessions in order to participate. If you have not registered or notified us of your situation you will not be allowed to participate.
When are payments due?
- Payments are due in full on or before the first day of camp. Click here for payment options. A minimum of 4 camp sessions must be purchased to participate. Pay-as-you-go sessions are only available after the 4-session minimum has been met. Pay-as-you-go session rates are as follows (Winchester only – other locations please inquire at info@afitsolutions.com):
- WCC-Members: $15.00 per session
- Non-Members: $18.00 per session
Are refunds given for missed boot camps?
- No. Refunds are not given for missed boot camps. However, a session may be made up by sitting in on another boot camp during the same 4-week session. Please review boot camp policies.
What happens if I miss a scheduled boot camp?
- If you miss a scheduled boot camp, you may sit in on an alternative boot camp date during the same 4-week session as the current boot camp. Please review boot camp policies.
What if it rains and the boot camp session gets canceled?
- During inclement weather we will try to move the boot camp indoors. If this option is not available, a make-up date will be scheduled if possible. Please check our website for cancellation updates.
How will I be notified if a session is canceled?
- Boot camp cancellations will posted on the website at least 30 minutes prior to the boot camp. Please check the website prior to each session in case of an unexpected cancellation. If you are unsure whether the boot camp will be held, you may contact us directly at 540.327.6943.
What do I need to bring with me to the boot camp?
- We recommend bring plenty of fluids and a workout towel.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
- You may bring your own dumbbells etc. if you’d like. However, it is not required.
Do you provide help with diet?
- Yes. Diet recommendations are provided to help you with your weight loss efforts. We also highly recommend you track your diet with a nutrition program (such as www.my-calorie-counter.com).
- Nutritional consultations are available for additional help with your diet. Consultations fees will apply.
How long is each boot camp session?
- Each boot camp session is 1 hour.
How many weeks do the boot camps run?
- Boot camp duration may vary, but will usually be 4 weeks.
Do I have to be in good shape to participate in a boot camp?
- No, you do not need to be in good shape to participate. Our boot camps can accommodate all fitness levels. It is recommended, however, that you go at your own pace. Listen to your body and do not overexert yourself.
What will be expected of me at BetterBodies Boot Camp?
- You are expected to show up, give your best effort, be encouraging of yourself and others, and have fun! We understand that the camp will be more challenging for some than others, but we expect you to keep a positive attitude. These camps are designed to bring people together to achieve a common goal. This is best accomplished in a positive, energetic environment.
