September Boot Camp

Today is the last day to register for the September boot camp. We are still looking to fill the 9:30am and 5:30pm camps. Those camps will begin when have enough participants. All other camps will begin Monday, August 30th.

August Boot Camp Schedule

The August boot camp registration is now open! The August boot camp will be a 4-week camp with the exception of the T-Th 7am and M-W 5pm camps. Those will each be 2-week camps with a third week possible.

We are looking for personal trainers to run camps in Shenandoah County (Strasburg, Woodstock, and New Market). If you are interested, please complete and submit an application. Camps will start this summer.
